Unvaccinated 5 times more likely to get Omicron

Actually she did not win her case against the school — they SETTLED the case against the school with both sides claiming victory. Note the entire court action took a long winding paths of appeals, etc. However in the only case decided by the court on the first amendment rights the cheerleaders lost — and were effectively laughed out of court.

Actually she won against the school because they punished her for kneeling during the anthem,a clear violation of her constitutional rights. As I stated to you in the other thread years ago The SC ruled that public school students do not have to take the pledge of allegiance in school, her case against the school seems to be an extension of that ruling.

The case against The Sheriff was conspiracy and racism, saying he conspired with school officials to punish her and did so because she was black.Obviously that's a much harder case to prove which is why she lost.

As stated, this is not true.I don't know if you were really unaware of the facts of the case or just lying but based on your history I would say you were just lying as usual.

It would make zero sense for the school to be publicly claiming victory. Not only did they pay out 145k but no school would won't to be in the news for a case like this.

Source for the school claiming victory. Thanks
