If by baseless allegation, you mean the baseless police report, then I guess, sure. It's baseless.
A police report is just that, a collection of allegations. It is not proof. Try to remember you shard a tweet about there being massive voter fraud bust. What you’re giving here doesn’t amount to a bill of beans.

A police report stating what was found in a "raid" (which is what the tweet also shared) is admissible in court.
You can laugh all you want, but you're confusing the reason people took up the chant (which was because they didn't like the actor) with why the chant was put in place (which was because of the alleged crimes). No one said "lock her up" for her political views, but for crimes she supposedly did.
Its an honest mistake, of course.

And for reference, because you like to make stuff up, I don't believe - nor have I ever believed - that the 2020 election was stolen or was a fraud.
