Unreliable historical intraday data

I think you are able to access the data as long as you have an account with IB and if you subscribe to the market data for that exchange. I have Level I access to the major exchanges and I can get equity historical data up to 6 months, I haven't checked option data past 2 days though.

heh I$land - I use tickdata.com myself - when I compared it to qcollector with esignal or quote.com data besides bars being missing, the time stamps of the data were off too - with regards to tradestation data - esignal and quote.com probably is just as good if not better and a lot cheaper. Tradestation data is not really good at all
