Unofficial TWS bug thread

i have no choice,but to use 937 beta. the bug that i found(even more crucial,cause it's related to displayed data) is partially fixed only in beta. imagine following scenario(had it few times last week)-you manually try to exit from position cause your stop is hit-the data stops streaming at this precise moment. how about that for fun? :)
i'm actually thinking to give up on trading stocks altogether via IB. biggest portion of this decision is their TWS(not trading itself or diminishing profits)

If you get time, please check a 1 minute/1 day chart for today and let me know if it starts at 1800 E.T. (Sunday, March 3) and is running thru current time.

yes,it does(checked on stand alone TWS build 935)
make sure that you checked show data outside of regular trading hours in chart settings(edit->chart parameters)

Hmmm...
I'm well aware of the check box for showing data outside of regular trading hours.
When I tried using 935, I couldn't make it work.
Really appreciate your feedback!
 
don't know what to say,but probably something changed in settings(IB is known for all sort of updates that would modify your settings\setup)
you can close TWS and try something like this and restart TWS again

it's just hilarious..no matter what i touch at IB is either broken or not working properly. i mean ..seriously from phone menu to TWS to API.
tried API this morning-nope..no luck..request for market depth returns nothing.
not in my own application,not in their example project. BTW-VB sample project provided by Ib with API-won't even compile cause of multiple errors. only executable works(as described above). boy oh boy..:)
