Unloading TICK files

I have check the eSignal data redistribution rules and also the CME rules and it seems clear to me that I, as a subscriber, actually own the data but cannot redistribute to others.

I other words I can do what ever I want to data that I store and collect, but not give it to other people. I hope that's clear.

So:

anyone who has a utility to unload eSignal *.EPF files into Excel or even text-delimited or anything please give me a shout.
