This company is a major scam, IMHO. The only revenue the company is making is selling its own shares in a series of capital raising efforts - thus faking any operational substance:

You are completely right. Now there are lot of investor in Spain who have benn sacammed by a second company, a trader company "Mainscala AG".
This company got investors, phone calling. They sold everything at 22€ few months after went down to 5€, it has been a boiler room. Now we are trying to get an answer from XETRA, they are still having this value and they are forcing more investors to buy, telling them to halfway through.

The story is longer, so far we need to know where can we go to report this.

This Scam is related with other one "European Financial Market" 5 years ago and they are still doing the same.
