Except of course there are millions of adverse events. I believe the unvetted death total for US Citizens is 18k but CDC revisions are closer to 10k after they remove clearly unrelated AE.

Your claim is laughable when there are VAERS entries from individuals who claim the vaccine turned them into Superman or grew their penis 10 inches.
