Yet... antibodies are among a multitude of ways the body prevents infection from a known virus. You would know this if you didn't get all your information from "fact" checkers.

What other magical defense mechanisms are you fantasizing about. You do recognize that "T-cell immunity" does not exist -- "T-cell response" exists which may reduce severity of an illness but does nothing to protect you from catching COVID. Only anti-body immunity stops your from catching a disease.

Let's provide some context...

So a mere 157 cases associated with the vaccine..... against 107 cases in the wild over a year. This is disease that has been wiped out world-wide and is only endemic in two countries on the face of the earth. Are you aware how many cases of polio there were in the wild before the vaccine was available. A mere 157 cases that are vaccine associated (out of millions of children being vaccinated) seems like an acceptable risk in regards to this vaccine campaign. And they are associated with using an attenuated live virus vaccine in these efforts -- and in many ways suggest a quality control problem in manufacturing in these third world regions -- which is noted in the articles as efforts to stopping vaccine-derived cases. Yet it appears that all the cases of vaccine-derived polio did not have long term effects and the children recovered; this cannot be said for the polio cases in the wild.

Wow!----in this case you're ok with low numbers of children affected, but on Kung Flu it's lock-em down and mask em up.
