Probably depends partly on how much they fudge the numbers. We're already over 10% by some ways of looking at it. If Obama extends unemployment benefits and they go by how many people are drawing benefits, then the reported # of unemployed will be higher just because of that.
I think it's going to be at least 10%, though, in the reported numbers. That's very sobering.
