I may have incorrectly lumped you and intradaybill together into the same mental bucket. Intradaybill also recommends the books of Michael Harris, in a posting style eerily similar to your own, including hyperlinks to the publisher's site (wiley.com) rather than to retail sites where traders might buy the book, such as amazon.com. Compare the posts above, with those from intradaybill, such as the example below. As I say, eerie. However I do apologize for confusing the two of you.
