Any video can show someone chasing another; a police officer chasing someone, for example. What can we conclude from the chase?

What if the gunman was being chased because he committed a felony as witnessed by his pursuers?
What if the chaser that he shot was attempting a proper and legal citizen's arrest?

My point is that, in this case, facts exists beyond the video. And that revelation needs to be kept in mind.

Had he not left his mother's basement, traveled 20 miles, while unlawfully carrying an assault rifle, looking to become famous, he wouldn't be famous--and two souls would still be alive today--regardless of their past mistakes.

The kid achieved exactly what he said he wanted to achieve. And he should win a stupid prize.
