unable to execute orders IB this morning

Put on a few micro sp futures positions, but the past 30 minutes, I placed both limit orders, and even a market order to liquidate just one contract, but nothing will execute.

Anybody else having problems?

Just now, was able to execute an order: cost me minor amount of money, vs where prior limit orders would have been executed.

But typical of IB to never advise, nor adjust their "Status System" page.
