I recently caught on CNBC radio, comments by Jim Cramer regarding his dislike of trading Ultra Short ETF's and their negative tax effects to traders and their accounts.

He has compared the performance of the ultra short ETF's with that of the underlying securities and has proved they are not correlated, or at least not nearly as much as they should be.
He basically says they are good for traders but useless for investors.
