i'd guess - you need to have the mental "i'm too happy for this trade, so i have to get out" and keep your reflexes sharp.
 
Back from lunch at Spice Market first time not bad. Good saki. Nice rum punch- strong. Tasty red snapper. Short Ribbs. nice layout. Comfy seat. Would be a very good date place.

Found a upgrade on O2 From Morgan Stanley from about 2 days ago. I'll call in a favor tomorrow and try and get my hands on that report.:

haven't been to spice market - i've heard it's too loud? - but might go one of these days. went to degustation last friday (east village), great food that was flavorful without being too filling. thank goodness nyc is so diverse...

Dudeoflife it's so weird you said that. I'm almost there. Ive even chosen a place online and have a couple girls in mind> two really, one the student and the other the palates instructor. The amazing thing is I've just about got my wife to agree to it... I'm really close she finally mumbled something like well maybe you need a little something on the side... but she didn't elaborate. I've read the rules and you lay your money down on the counter and whatever tip you should decide upon reflects I guess on whatever " extra " you may receive...

Certainly sounds like good honest stuff to me
