The presentations to perspective shareholders say one thing. The prospectus says another thing. Totally the opposite of the presentation.

i will give my right arm to get this thing short. if this thing actually opens above 10 it is the biggest layup short IPO since virgin mobile. well i guess you can include the LBO firms like BX and FIG too but VM was a total piece of crap. it got downgraded to sell the day after its IPO lol.

i also saw from the story that there is another IPO Mead Johnson. i'm gonna read up on them since they sound interesting.
