A common theme in fiction as well as real life: the forces of evil ultimately sew the seeds of their own destruction through greed and a sense of invincibility.

You'd think that after making their first few million they'd take the money and run to some obscure country under a new identity. But no, instead they hang around until they get careless and caught.
 
Hey, just for kicks, you know, an experiment, wouldn't you like to see some of these guys hanged , in public, maybe from a tree sitting on one of the foreclosed props.

Betyaa few of them scarecrows left in the wind would make the next lowlife think at least 1.5 times.
