I'm not a narcissist but I do believe what the psychologists say (have told me in person when I worked with homeless) "not all narcissists are paedophiles but all paedophiles are narcissists".

Of course it is not all paedophilia, you get a fair bit of over 18's abused by pastors and whatnot with influence over them.

I grew up in an 85%+ Catholic community so I & pretty much all adults DO KNOW about this. Paid an awful lot of attention to it over the years. There was also the Boy Scouts and non-denominational youth club leader, the swim coach in the next town.. many. Nobody ever got me but may have been a close shave a couple of times.

Now I would tend to think that due to the nature of priest celibacy etc. the incidents of sexual abuse are higher however, not more than double I recall reading research on this, which still leaves a LOT of goings on in the protestant churches.
