Its President, whoever he/she might be, doesn’t know where and how the trips are doing. BTW, Zelenskyy just put his old boss under investigation, for corruption charges. This guy funded his presidential campaign. The new defense minister is a US citizen. Whatever these politicians do is beyond my understanding, it is not the same playbook.
