Ukraine annexation discussed at Helsinki secret meeting claims Putin.

If you mean Crimea, well, they were part of Russia (actually the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic) until Khrushchev gave them away to the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic in the 50s. So it was more like a homecoming than an annexation (at least to the Crimeans). To everyone else, it was seen as against international law. Anyway, I really think that before the "annexation", Russia should have gone to the UN and said "We want Crimea back". Then, at least, there would have been some historical understanding. As for the aggression in the rest of Ukraine (the Donbass), that is another matter. In this case, in my opinion, Russia is clearly in the wrong (and I suspect most Russians know it).

The Palestinians would love this precedent.

So would the Russians who foolishly sold Alaska to the American's.

So would the Mexican's who lost Texas to the American's.

So would the Indians who had to give up Pakistan.

Completely wrong. You clearly were never there and have no connection with Crimea at all.
The referendum was purely manipulation and intimidation. Putin's tactic is always about manipulation and intimidation. Not only in Crimea, also in Ukraine it was, in Russia it still is...

And then comes the quo...

Us silly citizens expect to know what the president’s dealings are between our country and other countries. Doesn’t seem to work when the president is really a tyrant though.

Oh yeah, no more read outs of calls with foreign leaders either.

Are you Trump types having fun yet?
