EU lags from US 10 - 15 years.

The US trading field has never had CFD's, and obviously not spreadbetting, so I don't see how the US's position would have an impact on equity CFD trading at this time.

The UK is not part of the EU anyway.

Never had or was never allowed to have - those are two different things.

All that i am saying, 10 - 15 years, so approx ~5 left to see what happens.

Don't know how much different/advanced is London's exchange compering with the rest of the EU, that which could be a potential reason for something to be delayed or never to happen at all, exceptionally in UK.

The UK is not part of the EU anyway.

Yes, but if all of the EU admits that it has a clear conflict of interest & UK stands still, - not much to say then.

Cryptocurrency derivatives – crypto CFDs for example - are now not accessible to retail traders on the UK markets, as a ban introduced by the country’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) in October 2020 went into effect yesterday, on the 6th of January.

The FCA banned the provision of the assets noting their incredible volatility. This sentiment was perhaps justified recently, when amidst a huge scandal and two lawsuits, the price of the XRP token fell sharply, by more than 60%.

I hope you guys have found alternatives by now.
