I think picking her as SOS helps get progressives to the polls imo.Never understood why a Senator would give up a life time Senate seat for a 1 term cabinet position though

I don't think a black VP is essential. I think that Biden ticks those boxes as Obama's proxy.

I don't know man ,I thought the same about Hillary.Republicans /Russians did enough with the super predator/Clinton crime bill/ Clinton welfare bill etc to make enough blacks stay home.

Biden has his own issues with blacks that republicans can attack(crime bill/busing/the segregationist/Anita Hill/other stupid race comments he has made etc) to make some blacks stay home.If he picks a black VP with his age black voters know they have a good chance for another black president and they are likely to go out and vote for that like they did Obama imo.
