Ubuntu - TWS Bloomberg TV not playing

just installed ubuntu and the Bloomberg TV box is pitch black when try to play. I guess it is due to some codecs ? Can someone please clarify

Do you have a link?
Have you tried different browsers (Firefox, Chrome)?
Tried updating browsers and linux?
Might need to install drivers for your video card.

It is likely a Flash problem. Ubuntu doesn't need drivers for most common hardware. Nor codecs, usually.
