U.S. Watchdog: Obama ‘Ensured’ Failure of Stabilization Efforts in Afghanistan

Again. Look for a direct quote from Obama himself where he mentions Bush by name in a bad light. You'll have a hell of a time finding it any place other than perhaps imbedded in a joke told at the National Press Party. He might on rare occasion say "my predecessor", but usually not even that. What you are reading is the comments and statements of others with regard to how they interpret the Presidents remarks and actions. You will hear, on the other hand, trump say and tweet Obama's name and blame him directly for things he had no involvement in whatsoever, other than he happened to be President at the time these events occurred. What your going to be hearing from Trump is truth heavily edited or outright fabrications that will be repeated over and over and over. Don't let yourself become one of his pawns.

Have you already forgotten Trump's involvement in the Birther business. He kept repeating the same bullshit over and over and over. And he only reluctantly gave it up even after he was President. That one thing alone, should be enough to tell us all he's not qualified to be our President. Jem. this guy is a Con Man. Don't let him con you.

Experts rank Trump as worst president, Obama 8th best

A panel of 170 presidential politics experts considers Trump the worst president in history, according to rankings published by the New York Times. Obama is 8th, with Lincoln, Washington and Franklin Roosevelt holding the top three spots. The same experts ranked Buchanan last and Obama 18th in 2014.

Now Tony, let's let Trump finish his two terms, then you can judge him.

hehe

Obama mismanaged pretty much everything in the middle east we were involved in, but I don't recall republicans demanding that he pull out of the Bush administration's twin disasters in Afghanistan and Iraq. Most of them, cheered on by the warmongers McCain and Lindsey Graham, wanted us to double down on a clearly failed strategy. They want Trump to do the same thing, and he seems to have obeyed.

Obama blamed bush all the time.
are you American? ... did you live here the first 4 years of his administration?

In the articles you cite, you'll note that Obama, as with all prior presidents, avoids mentioning his predecessors name in a bad light. Part of this is public relations and good manners , and part is a recognition that what we do as a nation is seldom the decision of one man ( until now anyway). What I'm specifically referring to in my post is a deliberate and active smear campaign, with little regard for truth, that the Trump campaign is consciously waging against those they perceive as their personal enemies. Jem, this is a very dangerous thing. It is a common tactic used by demagogues. We have to be on guard against this sort of thing. Trump understands well how to manipulate those of low intellect. He is doing and saying these things quite deliberately without regard for the best interests of the Country. He has only his personal enrichment in mind. He has virtually shredded the emoluments clause of the constitution. If you think we could never become Turkey, Hungary or Venezuela, think again. The Congress is there to stop this, but they are not. Their lack of action makes them complicit.
