U.S. SEC approves new U.S. exchange with blockchain feed, faster settlement

Is there anybody in the retail/semi-pro space demanding faster settlement of trades?

Most brokers allow traders to initiate new trades on funds available from executed but unsettled trades.

Am I missing something here?

Maybe it doesen't require trading on margin in order to open new trades the same day as with IB
