Here is the bet I am going to place. I expect that it will come out that every single bit of data entered in the HealthCare.gov site in the first week of its operation was stolen via SQL injection attacks.
The inept implementers did not even add the standard patches to prevent SQL injection attacks until after the Obamacare website was in operation for seven days - by all IT accounts of what is going on.
