If even half of this waste i.e. $400 can be recouped and channeled back into the system, then nearly all of US problems can be solved.


The issue is that leaders in society, politics, business, military and church have habbits of creating other problems that nearly undo the goods done by the rectification of the previous.

Bush attacking Iraq was one such example of economy falling back into deficit after Clinton left a balanced budget books with projections for surplus for atleast a decade.
