The Goverment is going to stop all ponzi schemes. Only the goverment will be allowed to run these schemes.

Imagine that, the SEC does know how to analyze a ponzi scheme. funny they can find the $50 Million and $18 Million schemes but fail to see the $50 Billion schemes despite being handed the road map.

Ironic how the SEC has plenty of time to "police" all the prop trading firms but somehow guys like Madoff skate by for decades without question.
