142K? Terrible. And I wasn't gloomy enough! My guess was 164K. Opinion?
More troubling to me were the downward revisions for prior months.
my guess was 145,000-160,000
I even missed
142,000
WELL BELOW the CONSENSUS
Wonder what the fed is thinking now.....they are thinking negative interest rates and more QE...
This economy is worthless as I keep saying, the wake up call is finally arriving!!!!!
Great example of what massive delusion and extreme confirmation bias can result in. So the new jobs failed to meet "consensus". So what ? The bigger picture is the US added 140K jobs and the unemployment rate has trended down since 2010. In fact, this news report suggests that the unemployment rate has almost dropped in half since 2010 ( 9.8% to 5.1% ).
Your stupidity is breathtaking...long term unemployed are no longer counted...
Sometimes I wonder if you fell into a coma in the mid 80's and recently regained consciousness...Your "analysis" is a combination of willful ignorance and downright idiocy.
Mkt realizing there is never ever going to be a hike in rates. It's never been anything but bluff. Fed will do the only thing they know how to do. And we all know what that is.
