U.S. Free At Home Covid Tests (game changer)

FALSE.

You have to shell out the money for the test, and then apply for reimbursement through the private company. You may or not get the money back, because that is at the whim of the private insurer. Many private insurance companies are going to get their executives rich on this nonsense.

I assume it will work the same as getting prescriptions. You go to the counter get the home test kit and then their is a determination if your private insurer covers the item (or you need to provide a co-pay, etc.). If your insurance company does not cover the home test kit when the pharmacist looks it up then most people will just leave it and walk away.

I don't think that anyone will be willing to pay for the test and then try to submit for reimbursement from their private insurance company. It's not like they do this for any of the other drugs or items covered by insurance (beyond their co-pay which is paid at the time you pick the item up).

I will note this requirement that private insurance companies cover home test kits is not reimbursed by the government -- the cost will be borne by the insurance companies.

Maybe too costly to package and ship to individuals like that (each household) when they can ship in bulk to local pharmacies.

Also, forgot to mention, all international travelers must be tested within 24hrs prior to departure to the United States regardless of vaccination status.

I would have like them to add that international travelers must quarantine and test again within 3 days after arrival.

By the way, CDC just put out a map of hospitalization and deaths since the start of vaccination that I will post later when it becomes available on their website...
  • Red states are 50% more likely to die from Covid than Blue states. Also, 85% of the Blue states are fully vaccinated versus 55% of the Red states.
Well, now we know why most of the Covid hospitalizations, ICU admissions and deaths since vaccination here in North America have occurred in the Red states.

The above stats is about 2 months old but I'm not sure why they're repeating it again today. Graphs and data were posted before but I'm waiting for updated data now considering they've just mentioned it again today.

I'm willing to bet that the Covidiots will make it a point to score some points by getting in the way on something so simple to do just to score some political points.
  • Free covid test kit with Pizza delivery whenever you order a pizza.
  • Keep covid test kits in stock in stores (e.g pharmacies), clinics, and hospitals.
  • Pass them out to people exiting sporting events, concerts, conventions, and other venues.
There are countless ways to make the delivery of the free covid kits an easy process.
