I can assure you Wael that my views have hardly changed, I have always been progressive on economic issues, moderate on social issues (pro-guns but pro-choice etc) and conservative if you will on immigration, foreign policy (not to be confused with Bush's policies) and specifically the support of Israel. I see no contradiction whatsoever between the strong support of Israel, strong support of the war in Afghanistan and equally strong opposition to the war in Iraq...And I don't see any contradiction between the strong support of Israel and equally strong support for Universal Healthcare or Unions in this country either.
