Is he a shill for the bilderbergs? What is the financial condition of anyone who follows his banter? Nobody asks the most obvious of questions such as "Tyler, how are your market calls doing?" "Tyler, how much have you made from trading over the past 4 years"

he is not real. he is just a name used by multiple supposed insiders to spill the beans-- like anonymous. surf

Many authors post under "Tyler Durden" now but hte original Tyler was a Russian guy, who I believe was thrown out of a big bulge bracket firm for insider trading, or some other violation.

I don't know they make many official calls, but they're generally very positive on precious metals, so one could argue they've done well for the last few years.

They make quite a few calls openly, and the ones that they have made do rather well. You can hate the site all you want, but it does offer some very interesting pieces (that are sourced at other blogs/sites most of the time - the interesting ones, anyway).
