I haven't really followed this stock much, but lately all I have been hearing/seeing is negative. Really negative. Last night Cramer was talking about it.

Things I did not know:
#1 The CEO is part time? Really. And apparently not well thought of ("imagine how bad things would be if he was full time").
#2 One of the founders hates the stock (but likes the service)
#3 Up to a 100 million of the accounts could be "bots".
