Something changed over the past week or two and I am no longer able to bring other windows in front of TWS unless I minimize the TWS window first. I was able to fix this for a couple days by changing the "Bring all windows to front when one is selected" option under Settings -> display. That no longer seems to work. Anyone know how to fix this? I probably accidentally clicked on some setting to keep the window on top always.

Also if you ever run into problems, you can go into layouts and pick a layout from a previous day when things were working fine.

Also consider doing a "Layout Save As". IB currently has some bugs in the layout, WRT, full screen-full window, and docking. I reported them with steps, but it is clear there are several bugs there. I think it fall out from the recent builds and "frameless" layout codes. Not that big a deal if you have a stable layout. Medium pain if you are adjusting.
