TWS stable version Build 972.1w, Feb 19, 2020 seems buggy

I use standalone,and noticed some freaky message on my offsetting profit taker trades.

Pops up a price protection algo message even before the order is sent , and with the offset only 25 cents away.

TWS has now STABLE version build 972.1x. This version still needs attention from TWS product feature developers....
Order Ticket (Volatility) and Option Trader do not populate "Volatility and Analytics" settings (Reference Price Type and Volatility) from TWS Global Configuration settings.
