TWS is showing a bid higher than the ask on GBTC. Also another time when I entered a bid equal to the ask on CCX warrants, I didn't get a fill. I even tried setting my bid 1 cent higher than the ask. Still no fill. WTF is going on? I guess GBTC is OTC thus exempt from reg NMS, but those CCX warrants were traded on NYSE. I'm supposed to have real time quotes for all of these.
