TWS - Quick and Dirty Reload

Yesterday when I loaded TWS, none of the charts populated, and on the options chains panel, none of the positions I had added into the Quote Panel showed.

I exited and re-entered TWS. This time the charts populated but none of the positions were in the Quote Panel, so I had to re-create all the spreads. OK, it does not take all that long but it is still a nuisance.

Is there a Quick and Dirty way to get TWS to reload without exiting? I've looked at the menu choices and there does not seem to be one.
