I've placed an order to sell an AIG put. I'm using TWS through
Interactive Brokers. The pop-up I got confirming the order details entry had a checkmark showing this it's a day order. Regardless of this fact, should I cancel the order myself at the end of the day to be safe? I don't want the order to be continued tomorrow. Thanks J
 
no need to cancel. If you put LMT order to sell, then you will have to pay cancelation fee.
OK to cancel if its STP order
