TWS Page Layout inconsistent and affect each other unexpectedly

Build 980 had this and it fixed some things in layout for me. It has been behaving about 80% better for me, not just the item listed below, but all layout.

From build 980 release notes:

"Previously the Price History tool allowed the user to rearrange columns but did not save the new arrangement when the user logged out. This has been fixed to save the new column arrangement."

Um, Do you think the UI is the program? During my conversations with IB, it IS the difference between mosaic and classic that IS the problem. Trying to accommodate both is the issue. There are many obvious low level bugs that can be reproduced if the two are mixed. They know it and are trying to resolve them without regressions.

I did not state that the issue would be fixed, but only that some of the layout code was touched recently and anybody with dev experience knows there is a many to one relationship between UI bugs and the layout code.
 
This bug predates mosaic. Fact

Fact, I doubt there is any connection between the layout bug and the much newer mosaic sections. Completely different and unrelated displays
