TWS not loading last technical analysis or tickers

My TWS recently stopped remembering the tickers I have pulled up on each chart. It's remembering charts from like a week ago. Every time I restart it, I have to remember and load all the new tickers I want to see. Also the lines I draw arent being remembered either.

It seems as though its not saving the layout, settings etc. I think maybe its a permissions issue, but im not sure how to fix it

I have it set to save the settings on the server so not sure why its not keeping my charts and such. everytime i shut it down it says uploading settings.
 
Well I sorta fixed it. I installed the latest version and put it in a different directory. I tried changing permissions and ownership of the folder for the "Stable" version I was running and nothing I did worked.
