TWS multiple targets

It's been awhile since I worked with TWS. I'm looking at Booktrader (or any other possible solution) to create a bracket/OCO type order with multiple price targets.

So far I don't see this as possible. If not, what about some other 3rd party add-on (other than Ninja, just don't like something that bulky).
 
You may be able to do this with TWS. If you configure a Buy order with a hotkey, you can add a "Target Scale Order" and a "Stop Loss" order. (thereby creating a bracket with multiple targets) I haven't tried this yet, but you may be able to play around with it to get what you're looking for.
