TWS data: 1/15 aust time

I don't have backfill on STW SPI or HSI

I also don't seem to have 5 second data on spi open. But I do have live data. Trying to convince customer service to call out the techs.

Any one else got a problem?

Yeah Kiwi... same problem here.

No backfill whatsoever... but live bid/ask seems to be coming into TWS.

But without my charts.. i can't trade :(
 
I've contacted def and he has asked the techs to look at it.

And they've fixed it.

If you have the problem and its still there try exiting TWS and relogging in. I'm not sure if that made a difference or if the data just came up while I was doing that.

thanks Kiwi, restarted and got it working again.

Seems like we trade the same instruments, SPI, STW and HSI :)
