TWS-Classic view, adding an order entry window

Hello,
i tried to set up my layout in the classic view ob IB`s tws but noticed that i can`t add an order entry window. By clicking on the button "order" on the upper left corner nothing happened.
 
I put the Order button on my top-line buttons, and pressed it, and got a standard order ticket. I confirmed that that order ticket sat on top of screens/graphs that were each thumbed-tacked to remain on top of other screens. With that priority, I would minimize every other screen -- including any Task Manager window you've got open. For that matter {!!!} I just checked, and the Applications area of Task Manager should give a line item to Order Ticket upon hitting the Order button. If that doesn't happen for you, IB would want to know.
