I would call IB with this but they are closed now.

I have 2 BookTraders open as always. But today one of them would not show Market Depth, just Best Bid/Ask 1. I get a message saying I'm limited to 3 BookTraders. I guess there's an old BT hiding somewhere that I can't find. From which file can I delete all BT's?
Or is there another way?

Rebooting TWS numerous times has fixed the problem.
