They knew it was a bogus dossier which was the basis of the FISA warrant. In spite of that, they used the bogus dossier to spy on Donald Trump. That application for a warrant was never reviewed but, signed on by Loretta Lynch. Later on, a judge was made to sign it! There are a lot of irregularities when the rules are not followed at all! Why? The files allegedly, hacked was not hacked at all! William Binney, top NSA official who is now retired examined the data printouts on analysis of the DNC lap top. Download speeds was too fast to be a hack coming from a far. Instead, the conclusion was it was copied into a flash drive! Strangely, the supposed leaker, Seth Rich ended up dead a few days after the info was supposedly, passed to Wikileaks? Julian Assange knows too much now with all the info he got! For his sake, I hope he does not get extradited to the US! His life is probably, in grave danger if he is ever extradited!

Lindsey Graham Took $800,000 In Illegal Contributions From Russian Billionaire
Just a few short months ago, Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) was the one of the few Republicans who didn’t appear to be utterly subservient to President Donald Trump. Graham often criticized Trump and even warned it would be “the beginning of the end” of Trump’s presidency if he fired Special Counsel Robert Mueller.
But those days are long gone.
During the confirmation hearings for Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh last year, Graham exploded with rage, accusing those opposed to Kavanaugh of being unethical:
“When you see Sotomayor and Kagan, tell them that Lindsey said hello because I voted for them. I would never do to them what you’ve done to this guy. This is the most unethical sham since I’ve been in politics! And if you really wanted to know the truth, you sure as hell wouldn’t have done what you’ve done to this guy!”
What in the hell happened to Lindsey Graham? How did he go from a rare voice of reason to an attack dog for the Trump administration?
Would it surprise you to learn it’s about money?
As Ruth May first reported for the Dallas Morning News:
“During the 2015-2016 election season, Ukrainian-born billionaire Leonard ‘Len’ Blavatnik contributed $6.35 million to leading Republican candidates and incumbent senators.
“Other high dollar recipients of funding from Blavatnik were PACS representing Wisconsin Governor Scott Walker at $1.1 million, South Carolina Senator Lindsey Graham at $800,000, Ohio Governor John Kasich at $250,000 and Arizona Senator John McCain at $200,000.”
While he was at it, Blavatnik also made sure and donated a cool $1 million to the Trump Inaugural Committee.
Blavatnik, it just so happens, has numerous connections to Russia, Russian oligarchs, and Russian President Vladimir Putin:
“Blavatnik’s relationships with Russian oligarchs close to Putin, particularly Oleg Deripaska, should be worrisome for Trump and the six GOP leaders who took Blavatnik’s money during the 2016 presidential campaign.”
Keep in mind that Graham’s email account was also hacked. We don’t know what exactly was in those emails, but it’s safe to say it must have been pretty juicy to make the South Carolina senator go from anti-Trumper to one of the most staunch defenders of the president.
Looking at the money trail, it appears that Senator Graham is just as compromised as Donald Trump himself.

Dershowitz never fails to astound in one way or another. He is expert at finding nuances to which he can launch an objection. Here he proves, once again, his reasoning is not perfect by invoking an inept, false analogy between the McCarthy hearings and current congressional hearings. He points out that in both the McCarthy hearings and our present congressional hearings the leaders claimed/claim that the hearings had/have a legitimate legislative purpose. That is, however, about as far as this strained Dershowitz analogy can be taken. He fails to note, or remember, that the Constitution gives Congress oversight authority over the Executive Branch! So not only do the current hearings serve a legislative purpose, they have another equally important purpose as well, that of Congressional oversight of the Executive Branch of Government.
Dershowitz's real purpose is to point out the too easy acceptance by Judge Mehta of the Committee's claim to have a legitimate purpose beyond a purely political one, and the dangerous precedent that could set -- the error will undoubtedly be corrected in appeals. He thinks Judge Mehta should have gone more deeply into the question of whether the Committee's investigation was a legitimate exercise of its authority under the Constitution. I agree with Dershowitz on this point. Had Mehta taken time to properly question the legitimacy of the House Committee's investigation, the Committee would have had no difficulty convincing the Court of the legitimacy of its oversight role. As a consequence, the Court's ruling would have acquired greater probity, helping it withstand the appeals that will follow.
I had a brother-in-law, an assistant San Francisco DA, who never lost a case. If you said it was cold outside he would argue that it was too hot. No matter what anyone's opinion, seemingly on any issue whatsoever, he would take an opposing point of view and argue it until you gave in due to physical and mental exhaustion. Was he related to Dershowitz?, in temperament at least, undoubtedly so.
His elevator is gradually reaching fewer and fewer of the top floors.

Its the only thing they can do in the face of massive allegations coming regarding this coup attempt, spying on the Trump campaign and corruption associated with the handling of the Clinton email investigation by the FBI and DOJ.

Now ... wouldn't you want the FBI, etc. to investigate those facts/allegations. What it Obama did those things? Would you have wanted them to investigate in that case?
