two option orders

Quote from TskTsk:

It's a new regulatory requirement. No market making for you.

Sometimes I have done a credit spread and the order is filled. Sometimes after few days I do another credit spread and without any intention close a leg from the previous position . I am allowed the second trade. Would that not be market making?

In my first example one position could have been filled and second one later on. Why it is market making when both positions are open?

Thanks for the comments

In your original post, you had had orders to open and sell the same options. As others have inducated, not allowed. In this example, you are only on one side of the market.
