Two nights in a row - same exact time - car alarm

For the last two nights in a row there has been a car alarm going off at 1:00 am. When it happened last night I went out there to get it's tag numbers and to call the police, but there was already two police cars out there, so I figured the problem was solved. But tonight - same damb thing. Car alarm going off at 1 AM. I called the police at ten after one and they said they will only respond if the alarm has been going for twenty minutes. The alarm stops at about 15 after 1. I went out there anyway, and sure enough, the car owner was getting into the car and drove away before I could get to it. So I wonder if he is fucking with somebody he doesn't like.

Here's the deal - if it happens again tommorrow I want to go out there and puncture his tires. I can't really think of a good tool to do it with, so I'm thinking a pair of scissors and something to drive it in with.

Or maybe there is some legit problem with his alarm that is making it go off at the same time every day. I dunno. But it looks like I will have to commit vandalism tommorow if he doesn't get it fixed.

Man, you doth protest too much. Go get some help and stop whining on this board. You need a professional to help you with your anger management issues.
