Two Kids Perish in Memphis House Fire, Aunt Concerned About Food Stamp Card

You cannot extinguish life so casually as a society and not have consequences. A human embryo become a fetus and then becomes a yet to be born "human" infant. First you convince yourself to kill the embryo is not really killing a human because it really doesn't look human. Then you convince yourself that killing a fetus because it only looks kind of human. The you convince yourself that killing that unborn baby really isn't human either because it's not out on your lap looking you in the eye. Then you convince yourself that it's OK to crush their skull as the baby is being born because it's...well, you get the idea. So eventually if it's OK to kill'em at 9 months, why not 19 months? I mean, they really haven't started much of a life yet, so what the hell.
That's how you get to where we are as a society. Food stamps are more important than the kids, and in another case this...I can't even think of a name to describe this POS who let's his kid cook in a car so he could collect the insurance policy. Life is cheap these days. Decisions we make as a society have consequences. Like it or not, they just do.

Not to make light of these tragedies you mention, I agree. But re your argument on extinguishing life:

That's where it can be taken if one really, really believes. : )

"When you're being interviewed on live television about the fact that your nephews just died in a house fire, don't tell the reporter that you're more concerned about the condition of the food stamps in your purse inside the house."

Welcome to the "taker culture".

Being a recent father (I have an 11 month old), I cannot fathom the mind set where you leave small children home alone in a house. Clearly the mother of the children was distraught as I assume that was her sobbing in the beginning of the clip. Certainly does not excuse her recklessness. But the Aunt is unbelievable. I want to believe that her aloof attitude was some sort of defense mechanism...similar to how people laugh when they are uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I doubt that is the case.

The jobs were always there... which means the company reported layoffs were... a conspiracy!
Due to the evil social safety hammock, that's where they've stayed until... the virtuous reps rolled back benefits.
Liberalism = mental disorder.

Nobel Prize in Economics awarded for unemployment research
The Nobel Prize in Economics was awarded to three economists who examined how unemployment can remain high while jobs stand vacant.

"Two Americans and a British-Cypriot economist won the 2010 Nobel economics prize Monday for developing a theory that helps explain why many people can remain unemployed despite a large number of job vacancies.... one conclusion is that more generous unemployment benefits give rise to higher unemployment and longer search times," the academy said.

It's probably dems. 800,000 part time jobs added, while full time jobs plunge by half a million. Oh, and that pesky Labor Force participation thingy...oops...
It was a jobs report that only a libturd or a rectum could like.

You are being too judgemental, if your great great great great great grandparents from a couple centuries ago suffered from slavery, you probably wouldnt give two shits about anyone but yourself either, clearly this woman is the victim of white oppression.

At any rate, it's clear that libtards (libertarian retards) believe being unemployed and poor is easier than getting a job.

Now you're just taking a flawed question and extrapolating bullshit from it. Being poor and unemployed IS easier in terms of work, isn't it? You don't do work/labor. You sit around.

Stop generalizing and making dumb comments. The argument was about whether there are too many or too few benefits.
