This is very sad story, Chinese government can only kill escape-goats (milk producers), what about those people in charge of food safety(only jail-time instead). It is laughable example of Chinese legal system (mixed-up civil and criminal code of legal standard).

In this case, people who in charge with food safety should be killed, milk producer should be fined.
