You have 2 types of people in this world. Leeches and the Charitable. Some religions believe the latter will be rewarded one day with the greatest prize of all. Some feel a desire to be altrusitic and help others in need.

There is an exception though, some teachers do it for fame and recognition. I've been on many trading floors throughout the past decade and the quiet ones are smart to not talk. Once you talk, you draw leeches, flys, gnats, all kinds of nasty stuff to yourself.
