Twitter and Musk

Someone needs to explain to Musk that a CEO should not be tweeting and supporting all sorts of hate speech and fabrications.

Musk says he’ll keep tweeting whatever he wants, even if it repels advertisers
If the consequence of Musk’s tweeting is Twitter losing money, “so be it.”

Just the idiot Musk pushing claims that the 2020 election was fraudulent. Demanding well respected news organizations retract their very well documented fact checks regarding the 2020 election. Bottom line: Musk hates democracy and loves dictators -- but we already knew that.

who could've seen this coming??:rolleyes::rolleyes:

You never go full Goebbels.

Disagree completely. Musk's shown his politics, has seen the value of moving the mob, has backed his DeSantian horse and more than likely will engineer the platform to sway elections that favor his interests. There's the value in he platform, putting in power a party that cuts taxes and subsidizes industries/companies they favor

Elon Musk enjoys breaking stuff; yesterday he broke Ron DeSantis' campaign and Twitter's future. The disastrous launch of DeSantis' presidential campaign on Twitter 2.0 amply demonstrated the app is not ready for prime time. It was quite the #DeSaster. However it should not surprise anyone -- even Musk's employees knew that Twitter Spaces is unable to effectively even handle small groups of one hundred must less thousands of people. "Spaces was largely a prototype, not a finished product," one ex-Twitter staffer told CNN. "It's a beta test that never ended."

Of course... the next question is who will Musk fire over this fiasco. Probably someone who internally outlined the the risks of using Spaces for this launch.

Thanks to Musk's Twitter 2.0 platform, Ron DeSantis' presidential announcement became the biggest failure in history of any significant candidate entering the race.

Ron DeSantis probably regrets partnering with Elon Musk for his launch and wants to forget about it. Of course, Elon Musk’s hopes of being the White House kingmaker are in tatters.
